"It
is without hesitation that I recommend Stir. Their team of professionals has
excellent communication and customer service skills. Stir's work is always delivered
on time, and with outstanding quality."
- Carlos Berea, General Manager
International Genealogical Society
"Our market of “day
trading” education is extremely competitive with a number of players in
the market. Stir was able to help us find some soft spots in the market that
were not being heavily “tapped”. Not
only did we see an increase in leads provided but the quality of those leads
was excellent. We were very
pleased with our ROI and look forward to expanding our market as we continue
our relationship with Stir Communications Group".
- Mel Kaario
Business Development Manager, Traders International
"Finally! Someone who takes the confusion out... The Stir team gave us exactly what we were looking for. We have appreciated Stir's flexibility and willingness to listen to our specific requirements. A pleasure to work with." - Brad H.

Improving
Your Website:
Getting Customer Feedback Using Response Forms
What is
the easiest way to improve your website? Let your website
users do it for you. Put a response form in prominent locations
on your website and ask customers what they need. If you ask the right
questions you'll get detailed information about how you can improve
your online presence and increase sales.
Depending
on the nature of your business website, consider asking questions like
these:
1. Which part of
this website did you find most interesting or helpful?
2. Please tell us your favorite product
3. How can we improve this website to better serve you?
4. What did you like least about this website? Why?
5. Was your shopping experience enjoyable?
6. Did you find everything you were looking for?
7. Was there something you wanted that we didn't have?
8. How did you find our website?
9. Would you recommend us to a friend?
Remember that your website customers are doing you a favor by taking
the time to answer your questions, so respect their privacy and keep
it short. Be sure to personally thank each person who responds to your
questions. You might want to consider using an autoresponder to automatically
send your customer a thank you email, then personally respond to your
emails within 72 hours. All feedback is good, even if it's negative.
You can't fix your website problems if you don't ask your website users
to tell you what they are.
If you're interested in receiving
customer feedback from your website, we can help. Contact Stir today.
